Kirksville senior Derek

Derek from Kirksville High School was here for his senior session last Friday. We were able to go outside between rain showers and get great images both inside and out. Derek is a baseball player with the HS Missouri team during the summer and KHS in the Spring. He is a pitcher and catcher now that is talent. Thanks Derek for selecting as your senior photographer.

Red Hatters want-a-be?

These young ladies were here yesterday for fun photos, we had a great time... even mom played along.

Tabitha from Central Lee High School came for her senior session, she is a very quiet young lady.
The session outside was shortened do to the low light conditions of this rainy gray summer, the sun will come out soon I'm sure. Thanks Tabitha for selecting Mona's Studio for your senior portraits. She is planning to return for our second annual "Drown the Prom Gown" party set for June 26th at the Memphis City Pool. This will be so much fun, plus she is willing to really get wet... Seniors are selecting Mona's Studio because at Mona's Stduio the session is all about the senior... being themselves.

Laney Grace came by today for her first professional portrait. She is 10 days old and was able to take advantage of Mona's Studio newborn special. It's a great deal, instudio session, 25 custom birth announcements and one 5x7 from session for only $50.00. You can't bet that anywhere. Even Abby her big sister were in a few images. Laney was the perfect baby today. Here are a few images from her newborn session.

Keana Little Angel

Mona's Studio has offered Angel wings for over 14 years, but now the angel wings are in different colors for your children to be that perfect angel at least at Mona's Studio for brief period of time! Keana is only 5 1/2 months and was a perfect match for the angel wings. Sent from heaven no doubt. Click photo to enlarge image!

Nickolaus is the third Watch Me Grow sibling that travels to Mona's Studio from Columbia, MO for our baby's first year program. Here is Nick at 3 months, he is adorable, just as Josie and Jackson were.

Seniors have started at Mona's Studio, Nikki had a totally cloudy day for her outside session, God's own giant soft box. Here are a few of my favorites, Thanks Jared and Mark for helping during the session.

Terry and Noelle's Wedding

Terry and Noelle's wedding was small and very elegant. The site was the Conservatory in St. Charles, down town district. The couple current lives in Washington D.C., I truly enjoyed this wedding and was able to capture images that expression their true love on their wedding day!

Laurel & Luke's Wedding

Last weekend I headed to Washington, MO for a beautiful outside wedding of Luke and Laurel. It was a wonderful wedding and I loved the fact they had a live band at their reception! Here are a few photos before the main hosting.

The Relay for Live team I'm on had a fundraiser yesterday at my house to walk though my peony garden and eat Strawberry short cake. It was a very nice day for the event.
